It is possible to test these systems through 3 different methodologies – Thermodynamic chamber tests; virtual simulation tests (SmartCAE) and field tests.

The tests in thermodynamic chamber are, as the name implies, tests performed using a thermodynamic chamber that simulates the different temperatures to which the products may be exposed during their transit, with the support of Dataloggers to monitor the temperature at different points of the solution and/or the product.

With the SmartCAE software, it is possible to virtually simulate the behavior of the solutions under several temperature scenarios.

In field tests, the real path is performed, where dataloggers are also used in order to monitor and control the temperature. This is the most effective test in qualifying a solution since it directly faces the real aspects of the operation.
